Who wants our condo???????
"What is an openhouse and why can't we be here?" questions Merlin who greets EVERYONE at the door and talks to them.
"It is where people come to look at our condo to see if they want to buy it, and you scare people because you are so big and friendly. Plus wouldn't you rather be with Mom?" responds PMJane.
"Okay, but I want to go somewhere special." states Merlin. "Check out Historical Cats. Mom laughed hard when she read it."
(There's always time for a quick read even if you are furry busy getting the condo ready.)

I don't get it. Wouldn't every human like a house better if it had a cat in it? So wouldn't having you stay to greet them make them MORE likely to buy the condo?

Oy. Moving is kinda nervewracking. We heared it was one of da top 5 big stressful fings to do. We are sending lots of positive thots yur way acoz if its one of the big 5 we know you'll need lots of energy. It's a new path in life tho so it should bring lots of new fun and good changes.

Having an open house to sell the condo is a big step toward moving. I'm sure you wouldn't scare anyone on purpose, Merlin, but maybe it's best not to be there. There could be lots of feet and you might get stepped on.

Sounds like you're a superduper bean greeter! I bet my great big fuzzy sister Brainball would freak people out if they came over to look at our house 'cause whenever somebody new comes around, she gets in front of 'em and stares 'em down until she decides they're ok! She's a big-time commando Alpha Cat.
