Wide Wednesday
"Not funny, Mom." says Merlin.
"Should we tell them how big you really are?" asks Mom.
"Merlin is bigger than he looks in this
picture. He weighs approx 21 pounds,
but he is well over 3 feet long from nose to tail."
"So I'm a big boy and proud of it." says Merlin.
I was walking into my favorite place to shop today
only for computer ink, but then I saw. A display lit
up and glowing with inner light. There were several
dishes with.......
....3 dimensional mice on them. I couldn't resistgetting 4 of the salad size plates. I just couldn't.
I mean how often do you find plates with
rodents on them? Could you resist this?

What a find!! The plates are perfect for your house.
Merlin is deceptively large. They do say black is slimming.

Mommy calls Caesar her little "Fat Boy" and "Greedy Smurf" because he is ALWAYS eating. Mommy also has a tendency to buy things with bunnies on them. She'd get those plates in a heartbeat if it was a white rabbit in a lettuce patch!

Poi Mom, those are very cute plates! I think you need to serve cat dinner on them, though. It's only fair.

My mom wouldn't have been able to resist those plates either. And as far as Merlin being wide goes, he has the length to make up for it and that's all that counts.
