Attack Yarn

Here I am minding my own business when the yarn
leaps out of the box and grabs me.

It's got me. It's not letting go, ack...help....
someone....the yarn.....is.......attacking....
it's wrapping itself around me......ack.

"That's not funny Merlin. Put my yarn back.
You know you aren't supposed to play with it." Mom

A little help here. It's around my throat. It's a
killer; I tell you, a killer...

I don't know why you keep this deadly stuff
around here. It can grab any hapless poodie.

Good one, Merlin. The yarn attacked you, so naturally you have to fight back.

We are just starting to deal with yarn around here. Mom has been inspired by all the kitty Moms who are so crafty. Now she is crocheting. Fortunately no one has yet been attacked, though sometimes Mom finds she is crocheting with wet yarn. What we do have a problem with here is magnets. Magnets MUST BE STOPPED. Harlie and I will not stop until they are all under the fridge.

We hate it when that happens - we used to get attacked by the yarn frequently until we had a talk with Mommakitty and told her to supervise it more carefully. One time it attached Sabi who was so scared he tried to run from it, but it followed him everywhere - over the couch, between the dining room table chairs, down the hall, under the bed . . . the yarn got such a good hold on Sabi that Mommakitty had to use scissors to cut him loose! Yarn is dangerous!

Watch out for that evil yarn - attacking and getting you in trouble. We don't have yarn around here but sometimes I can find string.

Yarn must be really dangerous - I'll have to warn my mom before she ever brings any home!

Be careful of the evil embroidery floss skeins too! They're small and sneaky and travel in packs! Every time my OTW forgets to put the lid on the floss bin, I have to fend off at least a few! They attach themselves to me and even when I flee the room at least a couple end up clinging to my teeth as I run!

Oh, the yarn is very good fun, despite its bad nature. We like it very much.
