Well Mom's latest favorite author is Ruth Rendell, whom she has not read until this spring. Now she is trying to get through all the Inspector Wexford mysteries and between the library and used book stores, she has almost succeeded.

Merlin's Latest Book Find.....

Scooby, Shaggy, Scout and the Piggies
asked if we had any good reads lately.
Yes, we have.

I had ordered this book, The Black Cat Book,
and it showed up
in the mail while Mom was sick providing me
with the purrrfect reading material to make
her feel better.

Mom luvs to be read too and this book had
fun poems and is done all in black (of course),
white and read (heehee literary joke).

Look at the title page! There are black cats
all over the facing page, all over. Black cats
are the best.

Even the rats liked the pictures in this book after
perusing it with their rather myoptic little eyes.

I give this book 2 out of 3 fangs.

Do you know what it's like trying to get 'beans
well when they are sick? Sheesshhhh, we haf
been workin' our tails off.

Mom's been sick in bed so we haven't been able to use the compooper, but she says she will help us rectify that this week.
We took good care of her.

Oh It's the Monty Q April Fools Switcheroo

On Sunday we had the first day with real warm and sunny weather. Momma decided to
put all her plants on the balcony.
First we were very ascairt and did not want to go out, but then when momma kept
going in and out I - Kashim - decided to check that whole situation.

Here I am checking out if momma did everything right with the flowers:

Othello was very ascairt and only when momma putted out his favourite blue blankie
to snuggle on he came out and lay down for a bit:
